CORE SERVICES

What we create

The terrace is where the house finally exhales. We design and build the part of your home you actually came to Mallorca for - the heart of every project - and the full-garden work composed around them.

Stone Terraces

& Natural Paving

Stone underfoot that looks like it has always belonged to the island, laid by hand in marés, natural stone or refined porcelain, and set on a base engineered to stay true through the island's clay and its autumn cloudbursts. A floor you feel barefoot, finished to a standard you notice and never think about again.

Mallorcan Stone Walls

& Terracing

The island has built in stone for a thousand years, and its finest gardens still do. Raised beds, boundary walls, and the retaining walls that turn a sloping finca into level ground you can plant, walk and live on - built in traditional marés and dry-stone, with the proper foundation and drainage that keep a wall standing straight for decades.

Garden Design

& Mediterranean Planting

A garden that belongs to Mallorca thrives on its summers instead of fighting them. We design and plant drought-intelligent Mediterranean gardens - the light, the shade, the flow, the planting that looks its best in August; composed so every element belongs to the next, and quietly kind to the island's water.

Artificial Turf

& Lawns

Perfect green, all year, with none of the water or the work. Premium artificial turf laid flat and true, framed in natural stone; lush through August without drinking a drop, and never needs mowing. Soft underfoot for kids and pets, spotless after rain, and effortless for years. The smart, low-maintenance answer to a Mallorca summer.

Outdoor Lighting

& Irrigation

The easiest upgrade with the biggest payoff. Low-voltage garden lighting turns a terrace into an evening room. No rewiring, no permits, no fuss; and efficient drip irrigation keeps everything alive and thriving while you're away. Simple to add, quick to install, and transformative the moment the sun goes down.

Gravel Gardens

& Low-Water Landscaping

A garden that belongs to Mallorca thrives on its summers instead of fighting them. We design and plant drought-intelligent Mediterranean gardens - the light, the shade, the flow, the planting that looks its best in August; composed so every element belongs to the next, and quietly kind to the island's water.

FULL OUTDOOR LIVING

And when you’re ready for the whole space…

Plenty of owners begin with a terrace and end up with the garden they'd been picturing for years. We design and build the whole thing - one team, one standard, one coordinated run, instead of five contractors blaming each other.

Fire Tables &

Fire Features

The reason a terrace gets used in October to December - the warmth that pulls the evening outside and keeps everyone for one more glass. Clad in marés to match the house, installed in days with no permit and no fuss.

Landscape Design
& 3D Renders

Before you commit a euro to construction, you see your finished garden in 3D. Change the stone, move the fire, widen the terrace - it's far cheaper to change your mind on a screen than on the ground, and there's no separate design fee to get there.

Pools &

Water Features

Pools, plunge pools and water features designed as part of the whole space, not bolted on afterward - planned around your terrace, your levels and the island's water rules, and handled with the right permits from the start.

Full Finca
Transformations

Terrace, stone, planting, lighting, irrigation, drainage and the fire and water that tie it together - designed as one thing and built in one coordinated run. The garden you'd been sketching for years, delivered ready to live in.

PROCESS

How it works

1

A private consultation

We visit your property, take in the light, the levels and the views, and understand how you want to live outside. Free, no obligation - and we tell you there and then whether anything needs a permit, so nothing surprises you later.

2

Your design &

a detailed proposal

A 3D render of your finished space and a clear plan and quote. Take your time with it - change the stone, move the fire, widen the terrace - and only say yes when it's right. The design is included; there's no separate designer/architect to pay for.

3

We handle the rest

Start date in writing. Any permit arranged for you through our local gestor. Site kept immaculate, updates whether you're on the island or away. We finish with a walkthrough together, aftercare, and your workmanship warranty in writing.

Design your outdoor space

Tell us a little about your home and how you'd like to use the space. We'll arrange a private consultation at a time that suits you - wherever you are. Same-day reply, no pressure, no sales pitch.

Your Questions Answered

Do you charge for design?

No - it's included. Many owners here commission a landscape architect or designer first, then pay a separate builder to make the drawings real. We do both under one roof: you see your finished space in 3D as part of your proposal, and you're not paying twice to get there. One team, one price, one point of responsibility.

Do you only work with architects and designers?

We work both ways. A good part of what we build is for architects and designers who bring us their projects because they trust us to make their drawings real - to their standard, not a compromise of it. Just as many clients come to us directly and, because we design and build in-house, get that same craftsmanship without commissioning a separate designer first. Whether you arrive with a full set of plans, a folder of ideas, or simply a tired terrace and a feeling of what it could be, you're in the right place.

Do you take on smaller projects too, or only full transformations?

Both. Some clients start with a single fire table or a terrace refresh; others hand us the whole garden. We're glad to begin small, and many projects grow naturally once you see the first part finished. There's no minimum ambition required; there's just work done properly.

What does it cost?

Every project is bespoke, so we price on design rather than a rate card. Most terrace and stone projects begin in the low-to-mid five figures; a fire table can be a smaller, faster commission; a full outdoor-living or finca transformation is scoped individually. What you always get is a clear proposal before any work begins - you'll know exactly what you're paying for, and if anything changes along the way, you hear about it first, in writing, before we go ahead.

Why are you priced differently to another quote I received?

Usually because of what sits under the surface. Most of a terrace's cost, and its lifespan, is in the base, the drainage and the detailing you can't see once it's finished. We're glad to walk through another quote with you and show you honestly where we differ; sometimes it explains a higher number, sometimes a lower one. Either way, you'll understand exactly what you're paying for.

We're not on the island full-time. Can you still manage it?

That's most of what we do. We keep you updated remotely with photos and clear decisions, and we deliver to a deadline, so you arrive to a finished space rather than a live building site. Many of our clients see their garden completed while they're in London, Zürich or Stockholm.

Which stone should we choose?

We'll guide you. Native marés and Santanyí stone for warmth and authenticity; refined porcelain, including marés-toned finishes, for durability and near-zero upkeep. You'll see and approve samples in the light of your own terrace before anything is laid - the material should look right where it actually lives.

How long does it take?

A fire table is often a matter of days, as there are no building works. Most terraces and walls are roughly one to two weeks on site; a full garden project runs a few weeks from approved design to completion. You'll have a start and finish date in writing before we begin, planned around your calendar.

What if you find something unexpected once you start?

You'll hear about it before we go further - with the cost in writing and your decision, never a surprise on the final invoice. It's uncommon, but old concrete, poor subsoil or a hidden drainage issue does turn up occasionally, and we'd always rather pause and tell you than build over a problem.

Is the fire table safe and legal?

Yes. Depending on how the fire feature is designed and fuelled, there are options both with and without formal certification requirements - and we'll walk you through all of them at the consultation so you can choose what suits your terrace best. Whichever route you take, we only ever fit CE-certified units, installed safely and correctly, and it's handled as part of the work - you don't organise a second trade, and safety is never the corner we cut.

Do you work in English and German?

Yes - fluently in English, German and Spanish. Nothing is lost in translation: not the design, not the detail, not the cost.

After the build - maintenance, guarantee and payment?

Everything we install carries a 2-year workmanship warranty in writing, alongside manufacturer warranties on materials. A deposit locks your build date and covers materials, with the balance staged against work actually completed - you never pay ahead of what's built. If you'd like, we can also keep the space looking the way it did on day one, with optional seasonal care and gas-bottle refills. (New stone often shows a light mineral bloom, efflorescence, as it cures; it's natural and fades within a season.)

Should we start now, or wait?

Now, honestly - waiting rarely saves what people expect it to. A bare or tired plot isn't a space you can enjoy, and a year spent "waiting" is usually just a year not using the garden. If budget is the question, say so at the consultation and we'll phase it sensibly: terrace and drainage first, planting, fire and lighting next. The first step costs nothing but a conversation: a consultation, a design, and a fixed price to decide on in your own time.
